Registration will be confirmed upon payment of the registration fee, which should be paid directly to the PSE account, by bank transfer, by cheque drawn in an UK bank, or by credit card. Please use the word, PSE-YSM2018 as a reference to any payment, for example, on the bank transfer form. Any bank transfer fees MUST be paid by the registrants.

In order to claim the student registration fee, proof of full time enrolment at University or College must be provided. Application for PSE membership can be found on www.phytochemicalsociety.org.

The completed application form for the registration must be sent to Dr Kenny Ritchie (K.J.Ritchie@ljmu.ac.uk) together with a copy of confirmation of payment of registration fee (to be obtained from Dr Randolph Arroo upon payment). 

 

​All participants must pay the registration fee, which covers registration, book of abstracts, reception drinks (02 July 2018), lunch (03-05 July 2018), dinners (2 and 3 July 2018), conference dinner (04 July 2018), and coffee breaks (03-05 July 2018).

Upon receipt of the payment and completed registration form, the Congress Organizing Committee will send a confirmation to the participant, which will serve as an invoice and a receipt. Please show this confirmation at the registration desk.

 

Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely case of cancelation, a written cancellation request must be sent to the Chair of the Congress Organizing Committee. Before 30 March 2018, full refund of registration fees minus any bank charges and administration expenses will be provided. From 31 March 2018 to 30 April 2018, only 50% of the fees paid will be refunded; after that date, there will be no refund.
